Tofu packaging has some of the most awkward designs in food retail. It's often difficult to open, hard to recycle, and a pain to stack. So, I created Good Tofu, a simple packaging system to help make tofu packaging just like its contents: quick, easy, and tasteful.

Step 1: Slightly pull apart the tabs

Step 2: Pour out any excess water

 
 
 

Step 3: Pull apart the tabs completely to reveal the tofu. 

 
 
 
 

Step 4: Use the packaging as a cutting board. 

 
 
 

Step 5: The packaging is flat and ready to be recycled!
